Include your app version, iPhone and Apple Watch models, operating-system versions, and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help if it does not reveal another player’s information.
Never send a password, sign-in code, full team invite, or unnecessary health information. We do not need those to begin troubleshooting.
A call isn’t reaching the watch
- Check that the coach and player have joined the intended team and active session.
- Confirm the watch app is installed, the devices are paired as expected, and the watch has an internet path through cellular, Wi-Fi, or its paired iPhone.
- Review the receiver status and notification permissions, then send a test buzz before play.
- If the watch shows “RECONNECTING” or “USE SIGNS,” switch to hand signals until you have verified that calls are arriving again.
Signal strength and field connectivity vary. Keep a fallback available for every session.
Manage optional heart-rate sharing
Open the receiver screen on the player’s iPhone and use “Share heart rate” to turn sharing on or off for the session. The player must grant the Health permission on their device. A coach cannot grant that permission on a player’s behalf.
You can also revoke WigWag’s Health access using Apple’s Health/privacy settings. Missing readings do not necessarily indicate a problem with pitch calling. Heart-rate sharing is optional and is not a medical monitoring service.

Privacy and account requests
Contact us to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information, or to report a privacy concern. Use the email associated with your account where possible. If you are a parent or guardian making a request for a player, explain that relationship without attaching sensitive documents in your first message.
Email a privacy requestWe may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. We will explain next steps and any information that must be retained. Removing the app or leaving a team does not delete server records. See retention and deletion for details.
This contact channel also supports people whose information was entered by a coach, even if they do not have their own WigWag account.
Billing and subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, you can manage or cancel it through your Apple account. For Apple-billed purchase refunds, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page.
Deleting an account or uninstalling WigWag does not cancel an Apple subscription. For questions about access after a purchase, contact support and describe the issue without sending payment-card details.
